Problem

Moving the arrow of "Place Note"

Placing the note with the arrow pointing and than many times may need to modify it by moving the arrow or the note. Sometimes it works correctly and can move the arrow head to point to a different place. Many times, can not because the arrow and the leader behave as basic elements, means that when selected the arrow head, the end of the leader line moves by the arrow head
stays.

Solution

This happens when the dimension compatibility turned on which will automatically drop the association when the note is placed.
