QUESTION: In the Auto Load Generation : Live Load window, how to Input Already Computed Superstructure Reaction ?

ANSWER:

1) Run the analysis in Conspan or Conbox.

2) Go to FILE option and from the Drop down menu select "Export to RCpier" option and then save the reaction to a text file . Just note down the Max Truck and Lane load for Pier #1 from the text file.

3) In RCpier go to Loads TAB select Live load case and then click the EDIT button , The program will open Auto Load Generation: Live load dialog box.

4) In front of the option "Input Already Computed Reaction " -- Input the truck and lane load separately and then click on Generate button.

5) The program will generate all the critical live load cases.
