Problem
How to Setup DWG Options settings for multiple users across network.

Solution
The "DWG Options" settings are stored in the following file.
"..bentley\home\prefs\dwgdata\dwgsettings.rsc"
- Place this file on network
- Set configuration variable "MS_DWGDATA" to point to this
folder on the network.
An administrator could also set "MS_DWGSYSTEMDATA" to
point to the folder on the network.
(This will override MS_DWGDATA, that is set at the user level)
