Problem Description

Inability to open DWG files and to save a file as a DWG.

The message ‘invalid seed file’ appears before MS crashes and no DWG file is created.

Steps to Resolve

Check the following:

Look in the Save As DWG options dialog box, and check what is listed as the DWG Seed file.

Ensure that this file is listed in the:

Workspace>Configuration>MS_DWGSEED
