Background

User would like to remove items from the main menu bar (File, Edit, Element, etc.)

Steps to Accomplish

1. Create a brand new .dgnlib file and place it in the configured (defined by MS_GUIDGNLIBLIST) folder .e.g. ..\Bentley\WorkSpace\Interfaces\MicroStation\default

2. Remove the items from the main menu bar
