Getting Unexpected error when launching Bridge Wizard for a Steel girder bridge type.

Issue: Getting the following error when trying to place a Steel Bridge type using Bridge Wizard

Resolution: It is most likely the SPC Service did not get installed properly

Edit OBD/OBM
Request IT to help with installation if needed
Download the zip file and extract to a temp location

communities.bentley.com/.../SPC.zip

Install SPCx64.msi first and then SPCSetup.3.1.4.5.msi
Reboot may be required.
Open OBM again and try placing the steel bridge again using the Bridge Wizard.
