Cannot log in a Service Request for Bridge products


For some users, the first option when creating a New Service Request is to answer "If Bentley hosts your software", and the correct answer is the option "NO". Web-hosted software is only the cloud-hosted web applications; so, when choosing the option "YES" the list of products will be restricted to those under Managed Services and the bridge products will be not in the list of options anymore.

    

If you have selected this answer by mistake users can still restart the process by selecting the "Reset" button at the bottom right of the page.
