What is Standard Request? 
For IMS team, a new federation request is considered as a standard one if they cover these points: 

• Request submitted by the Account/Organization's Admin or Co-Admin
• Organization's Identity Provider supports Open ID Connect (OIDC). Bentley no longer supports new connections based on the SAML or WS-Fed protocol if the identity provider supports OIDC.
• Valid Metadata file, Client ID and Secret provided.
• Email domain which will be used for federation is not already owned, federated, or in use by another organization.
