How to get the DWG units alert box back, after "Do not display again"
For Pre-MicroStation 2004 versions
-Go to folder location of MS_DWGDATA (default is...\Bentley\Home\Prefs\dwgdata).
-Delete or rename the file dwgsettings.rsc.
-Re-start MicroStation.
For MicroStation 2004 and newer versions
In order to re-activate the DWG Units dialog, go to
File>Open.
-Select .dwg as the File type which will activate the DWG Options button.
-Click on the DWG Options button.
-Go to Advanced>Display Units Alert.
-Select all three options under this heading to ensure that the DWG Units Alert dialog is restored. Press OK.
Note - Like in older versions of MicroStation, you can also opt to rename the DwgSettings.rsc file located in the below path (defined by MS_DWGDATA):
C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Bentley\MicroStation\XX.0.0\prefs\dwgdata\DwgSettings.rsc
However, keep in mind that resetting this file will also reset other aspects of DWG Open and Save As DWG options.
