Problem

How the Tag placement & attribute changes can affect the naming convention of cells/blocks when saving to DWG?.

Solution

When the option 'Create Single Block for Duplicate Cells' is toggled ON
when Saving to DWG, if the placement of the tag varies on the same
subsequent cell names, a Unique cell name will always be created even
when this option is ON. This is also the case for Attribute changes to
each cell.

Suggestion:
To ensure that a single Block name is created, attach the Tag in the
same location for each cell.
