Thumbs.db file is created by MicroStation when opening file with raster, and not released when file is closed. This is causing issues with automated systems trying to clear directory.
How can I turn off creation of Thumbs.db file.
• Log in as an Administrator
• Click Win+R and type gpedit.msc in the Run window to load the “Local Group Policy Editor”.
• Select User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > File Explorer
• On the Right side double click “Turns off the caching of thumbnails in hidden thumbs.db files”
• Select “Enable” and click “Apply” and “Ok” to turn off creation of thumbs.db
