Problem Description

After creating new files, placing elements and geometry and saving the file, the elements appear to be missing or not displayed when the files are accessed at a later date, all that is displayed is a grey screen/window (see image 1).

This happens on both network and local files, it appears as if files are losing or not saving data.

Steps to Resolve

1. The View Window needs to be turned on
2. Go to the bottom of the view window and click on one of the View Toggles, 1 - 8 (see image 2)
3. After turning on one of the views, go to File > Save Settings to ensure the View displays the next time the file is opened
