Problem

How to control the smoothness of curved solids when saving to DWG.

Solution

For ACIS Entity export: the control for smoothness is determined by the
current Stroke Tolerance.
Go to Settings > Rendering > General.

For Polyface Mesh Entity export: the control for smoothness is
determined by the DWG option "Polyface Mesh Tolerance Angle"
Go to DWG Options > General > Advanced
