Problem Description

When using a display with high resolution, often all the icons and buttons in MicroStation appear relatively small.
In one particular incident a user was working on a Mac computer.

Steps to Resolve

Standard the icons can be resized as follows:

1. Open the application and go to Workspace > Preferences
2. Select the Category "Task Navigation"
3. In the section Dialog Presentation Options change the Icon Size

As mentioned, the user was working on a Mac computer, emulating Windows with Bootcamp (recommended), equipped with a Retina display. So the standard solution did not work.
What solved the issue in this case was switching of the Retina settings under Windows.
