Problem

Pull-down menus are extending past the screen. The menu items can not be
selected. Menus too long.

Interface

Solution

Set the variable MS_NATIVEMAINMENU =1 will add arrows at the top and
bottom of long pull-down menus. The arrows will allow you to scroll up
and down in the menu list.
