Problem

Straight after upgrading MicroStation CONNECT Edition to the Update 5 version it crashes immediately on startup at the point ProjectWise Explorer Client is connecting.

Solution

It was found that ProjectWise Explorer Client CONNECT Edition 10.00.01.67 was incompatible with Update 5 of MicroStation CONNECT Edition. It is suggested to upgrade to the latest release of 10.00.02.265 which is available from the Software Download page on the CONNECTION Centre.
