When running an analysis, I am getting the following error
Error in analysis *** ERROR : FILE NOT FOUND C:\Users\<userprofile>\AppData\Local\Temp\Bentley\Staad...
What could be the reason?

This is most likely due to the fact that you may have that file location set as the temporary location in your STAAD.Pro configuration and the file may not actually exist at that location.

To fix the error, please follow the steps below

Go to the backstage inside STAAD.Pro application. Click on File>Close if you have a model open, to get to the backstage.
Choose Configure>Options and you will find the Use temporary location checkbox as shown in the picture below

Uncheck the box and click on Ok
Close out of STAAD.Pro
Reopen STAAD.Pro and reanalyze the file
