Problem

View tools not shown in view window.
Task tools are showing instead of the View tools.

Solution

Option 1

Disable (=unselect) "Task Navigation in Views".
This setting is found in the Window menu pull-down.

Option 2

In 08.09.03.xx and later, this setting can also be found in the preferences under "Task Navigation"
(Workspace > Preferences > Task Navigation > Presentation).
