Issue:  Program crashing when trying to open Standard Sections List in LBS v 20.00.00.41

Resolution:  This issue happens only on machines where LBS 20.00.00.41 is the first LEAP Bridge Steel version that was installed.

Here are the steps needed to resolve the issue:

1. Exit all sessions of LBS
2. On machines that never had any older version of LBS you may not have the folders shown below.  (AppData is a hidden folder.  Please toggle ON "Hidden Items under View)
3. Navigate to this folder if available on the machine:  "C:\Users\User_Name\AppData\Local\Bentley\Engineering\STAAD.Pro CONNECT Edition\Default\Sections"
4. Create the missing folders
5. Open "C:\Program Files\Bentley\LEAP Bridge Steel CE V20\Engine\Sections"
6. Copy "Custom.ini" from this folder and paste in folder mention in steps 2
7. Open LEAP Bridge Steel and you should be able to open the Standard Sections List.

NOTE:  This issue has already been fixed in the OBD version.
