QUESTION: Does program account for Loss of stiffness in columns due to the deflections as stated in AASHTO LRFD C4.5.3.2?

ANSWER:

 As per RCpier User Manual, the program is internally adjusting the moment interaction diagram for the deflections. Multiple iterations are performed with the modified frame.

Also, as per the user manual the program is not accounting for Loss of stiffness in column due to the deflections. The user must input the reduced MOI manually in Column Dialog Box.
