How to drop the association of tags to elements and re-associate them to other elements.

Solution
Use the key-in CHANGE TAGS DROPASSOC to drop the association of a tag set to an element.
To re-associate tags to an element:
(1) Select the tags to re-associate to an element.
(2) Key-in: CHANGE TAGS REASSOC
(3) Select the element to which the tags are to be re-associated.
