Problem

How to turn off fractions in the text editor?

Currently when 130/150 is typed Microstation makes a fraction of it.

Solution

In order to make “130/150" display as a text:

In Text Style (Element > Text Style) In the General tab for whatever Text Style being used, check the "Fraction" toggle.

Ensure that the enable Fractions in the Text Style or Dimension Style being used is Toggled Off. Once selected, the text will no longer try to display as a fraction.

In the Dimension Style (Element > Dimension Styles)

Ensure Fractions in the Dimension Style being used is Toggled Off

There is also a key-in "Set StackFractions Toggle" which will toggle the Fraction switch ON/OFF for the current Text Styles.
