How to remove a Sheet Model from the Sheet Index

Steps to Accomplish

Option 1 From the Model Dialog (If Sheet Model is in the active DGN)

  1. Open the Models dialog (Drawing > Home > Primary > Models)

  2. Right Mouse click on the Sheet Model to be removed and select 'Remove from Sheet Index'. An alert appears asking you to confirm - Select OK

           

Option 2 Using a key-in (If Sheet Model is in the active DGN)

  1. Open the Key-in (Drawing > Home > Primary > Key-In)

  2. In the Key-In enter the following :

           sheet removefromsheetindex SheetModelName

          Where SheetModelName is the name of the Sheet Model to be removed. (If the Sheet Model name contains spaces put inside " ")

Option 3 Using the Explorer Sheet Index

  1. Open the Explorer (Drawing > Home > Primary > Explorer)

  2. Expand the Sheet Index tab

  3. Select the 'Open Sheet Index for Edit' tool on the Sheet Index tab

  4. Navigate and select the Sheet Model you want to remove from the Sheet Index

  5. Select the ' Delete' tool on the Sheet Index tab

  6. Select the 'Make Sheet Index Read Only' tool on the Sheet Index tab
