Problem
Online help is slow, unresponsive or temporary unavailable
Solution
Turn Off the Online Help and use the Local Help
1. Go to File\Setting\Preferences
2 Select Category: Help Setting and turn off (uncheck) use online help.
3. Press ok
4. Close MicroStation and Reopen MicroStation again.
5. Click the Help icon again and the Help will open locally
It should be locally saved in the path C:\ProgramData\Bentley\Documentation\MicroStation\10.11.0\en\htm\GUID-288FAFD8-1107-4FCB-9843-8BECC9099A06.html
