Problem

The capability to reference a DXF file into another DXF file has been removed by default.

 

Solution

The following capability can be added to the workspace configuration files to include this operation in Microstation, please contact your site administrator to set the variable at the appropiate configuration file:

_USTN_CAPABILITY_DWG < +CAPABILITY_REFERENCE_ALLOW_DXF
