How to follow up on the status of my Service Requests?

Steps to Accomplish

1. Go to the Bentley Website    www.bentley.com
2.  In the top right corner, select Support Menu
3.  Bentley  SELECTservices  Will open. GO TO CONNECTION CENTER
4. Personal Portal opens, Click in SIGN IN in the top right corner
5. You will be asked to introduce your credentials in order to to sign in
 6. Select  My Service Request
7.  My Service Request Will open  
Select the options needed in order to do the search:
•My service request: tickets created by the person that has signed in in this website
•Site service request: All the SRs created in an specific site
• Account service request:
•All the  tickets based in the Account name  
• New service request: to create new Service request.
 
To start you need to select Site Service Request: Do the search looking to a specific site in case of having more than one, o by searching all the Sites.
The option Activity during the last days allows you to select: 30,60, 90 or all 
By  selecting  Go button to will see the results.
 You should see a Table with the SRs number and their Status and being able to move through the different pages.
 you have also the option to export this Results as a list, CSV format.
