Problem Description

User would like to convert a DGN file to DWG with the current levels turned off.

They need to have the same levels OFF when converting to DWG.

Steps to Resolve

In saving a specific view, AutoCAD does not recognize levels turned OFF in one view, and ON in another View.

Please ensure the levels are OFF in all Views using 'View Display'.

Levels need to be turned off Globally (all views ) or Freeze ( all views ) using the Level Display dialog or Level manager dialog.
