Analytical Insights can be accesses through "Bentley Cloud Services" menu options from the top toolbar

 

Also, AI can be launched from left toolbar

 

Before launching Analytical Insights, please make sure CONNECT project is associated with RAM model (please refer to Section 4 from the manual for -"CONNECTED Project Association" & ISM file is created (refer to Section 3, Integrated Structural Model (ISM) Link").
