Cursor hovered over element and highlighted but was unable to undo highlight unless refreshed or zoo

Problem Description:

When in MicroStation, hovering over an element causes it to highlight to a different color, but the element stays highlighted until the view is either zoomed in, zoomed out, or refreshed.

Solution:

The following solution resolves  the issue:

 

  1. Obtain the latest video card driver. Upgrading OR downgrading the video card resolves this issue.
