QUESTION: Is there a way to input bottom flange lateral bracing into the LBS model?

ANSWER:

There is a workaround solution for this issue.

• In the Cross-frame Definition user can assign a Bottom Sturt Cross bracing section at a Bottom Distance / offset set as 0.00 so that it is connected to Bottom Flange providing permanent bottom flange lateral bracing.
• Then in the Cross-frame location Dialog Box, please assign the appropriate left and right Distances.

 In this way user can assign the bottom flange lateral bracing.
