Here are the steps to create a hammerhead pier with circular columns:

• Open Substructure module and navigate to Geometry tab, open Pier Config dialog:
  • Set the Pier Type to Multi Column,
  • Cap Shape as Tapered and
  • Column Shape Round. 

• Click on Cap and set the Tapered Cap Geometry (see example below):

• Click on Column and set the desired column dimensions (see example below):
