Problem : While opening any design file in OpenBridge Modeler, Bentley Descartes for MicroStation Access Denied message appears.

Solution:  It has been found that the issue is present with the latest version of Connection Client 23.00.01.25, and it does not occur with the previous version 23.00.00.10.

Defect has been filed for this issue with development so that it can be fixed in future release. 

The workaround until the issue gets resolved is to downgrade the Connection Client to version 23.00.00.10.

Following steps can be followed to resolve the issue.

• Open Control Panel > Uninstall a program > Select CONNECTION Client > Right click and click on uninstall.

              If it prompts that any service is running, Kindly end the particular service from Task Manager.

• Restart the computer.
• Download and install the Connection Client Version 23.00.00.10  https://softwaredownloads.bentley.com/en/ProductDetails/1805
• Open the Bentley Licensing Tool.
• Go to Tools > Click on Reset Policy > Select "Yes I am sure"
• Launch the OpenBridge Modeler 2023.
