How can I define a steel section encased in concrete or a steel section with a concrete core in STAAD.Pro ?

There is no direct way to define a steel section encased in concrete or a steel section with a concrete core in STAAD.Pro. You may however calculate the properties of an equivalent section and then enter the properties ( AX, IX, IY, IZ etc ) directly as a general section. To do that you may go to the Specification > Prismatic > General.
