I need to apply some earth pressure on a member which is not aligned with any global axis. How can I apply the load correctly?

In your model the earth pressure has been assigned as member load. When you are applying the earth pressure load on member there is an option to assign the load as hydrostatic load. In that window there is an option top apply load in the local direction of the member. Here, as per the local axis orientation you may define that load in local Y axis with appropriate sign (like + or - depending on direction) and the load will be applied as you are looking for.
