Problem
Can Design History revisions be combined?
Solution
In MicroStation V8 XM, V8i and CONNECT Edition the ability to combine revisions is available.
Ensure that the MS_DESIGN_HISTORY is set to combine=1.
Once this is set, go to Utilities > Design History > Combine and then select and confirm the multiple revisions to combine.
Example: MS_DESIGN_HISTORY=delete=0;combine=1;retire=1.
This prevents users from deleting design history, but allows them to combine or remove revisions.
