How to log Case?

Service Requests (previously Service Tickets) can be created through the Bentley Cloud Services or from

If the CONNECTION Client is running in the Windows System Tray one can click on CONNECT Center to open the Bentley Cloud Services.  Scroll down and click on New Case and jump to step 2. Otherwise follow these steps.

1.  Go to the Bentley Website and on the top right click SUPPORT > Submit a Support Ticket

2.  This will take you to Bentley Support Portal:

3.  Click on Technical Support.  If you are not signed in, you will be prompted to sign in, click the bottom "Log in with Bentley IMS"

4.  Now, fill in the form as required, add attachments and press "Submit" button to continue.

5.  After pressing Submit button, you will be transferred to your Home > My request page with this new case opened. You'll have the opportunity to send more information / attachments on this requested case.
