Turn off all Levels with Function Key

How to set a Function Key to turn off the level display of all levels in the view

Background

It would be useful to have a quick keyboard option to turn off and on the display of all levels in the file

Steps to Accomplish

  1. Go to the menu Workspace > Function Keys
  2. Select the desired Key (e.g. F5, F6) and click in the Action field
  3. Set a command to turn off all levels; enter the following command: set levels off all;selview all 
  4. Choose another Key, click in the Action field once again
  5. Set a command to turn on all levels; enter the following command: set levels on all;selview all 
  6. Click OK to close the Function Keys dialog 

Test the new Function Key commands in a file
