Having defined and applied an Auxiliary Coordinated System ( ACS ) in the view, when placing an element in the view the AccuDraw compass is orientated to the ACS as expected. In certain situations the AccuDraw compass needs to be orientated to another ACS axis.

Having defined and applied an Auxiliary Coordinated System ( ACS ) in the view, when placing an element in the view the AccuDraw compass is orientated to the ACS as expected. In certain situations the AccuDraw compass needs to be orientated to another ACS axis.

Using the AccuDraw shortcuts F ( Front Rotation ), T ( Top Rotation ) , S ( Side Rotation ) do not provided the correct orientation.

Steps to Accomplish

Rather than using F, T, and S use the following AccuDraw shortcuts to rotate the compass.

RX - Rotate about X

RY - Rotate about Y

RZ - Rotate about Z
