Background

If you have a text file with cell name, x coordinate, y coordinate, z coordinates like for example the one displayed in this screen shot:

Steps to Accomplish

1. Use the XYZ Text tool

2. Import coordinates tool

3. Fill in all the details (Filename, Import, order, view, … )

3.1. Browse for your file

3.2. Use import: cell

3.3. Order: cxyz

3.4 View: 1 (for example)

Do not forget to go to Element menu\Cell\File\Attach File: Select cells library where your cells are located and then press the process button from import coordinates

Your cells will be imported in the specific coordinates
