Problem

Pasting rich text into Word Processor

When pasting rich text (e.g. from Word) into the MicroStation V8i Word Processor, the formatting is lost.

Solution

"Apply changes to all text" must be OFF

This may be due to a setting in the Place Text tool. Check if the option "Apply changes to all text" in the Tool Settings dialog is unchecked when pasting.

Note: In version 08.11.07.74 rich text can be pasted in the Word Processor with this option either off or on.
