How to divide or split a Mesh element into smaller portions along a predefined cutting line.

Steps to Accomplish

  1. Select the Mesh Project tool (Modeling > Mesh > Modify Meshes > Mesh Project)
  2. In the Mesh Project Tool Settings set the Method to Trim and Keep Both
  3. Select the Mesh element to be Trimmed
  4. Select the cutting element and except
