Superseded and Removed Features

You can use the Dimension element tool

Steps to Accomplish

1.Go to File\Settings\User\Tool boxes-> Select Dimensions and press ok

 2. Select Dimension element

3. Select the element. If element is a circle the element dimensioning will change to offer more options: dimension radius, dimension diameter, dimension diameter parallel
