Solution
In Dimension Setting-Units Format-Angle Format-Units- set Length.
Then to dimension the length of an arc use Angular Dimension. (Go to
Tools-Dimensioning-Angular or display Angular Dimensions tools from
Tools-Tool Boxes-Angular Dimensions and choose Dimension Arc Size,
Dimension Arc Location)
