Steps to Accomplish

How to create Publisher log file:

1. Create a folder D:\Workfolder\Logs\
2. Save the attached file bsilog.config.xml to folder D:\Workfolder\Logs\
3. Copy the iModelLog.cfg to folder C:\Program Files\Bentley\MicroStation CONNECT Edition\MicroStation\config\appl\
4. Reproduce the problem and look for Publisher.log in folder D:\Workfolder\Logs\
