Starting with RAM Structural System 2024 the BentleyFloorVibe link is no longer installed by default. Bentley was in discussions with the makers of FloorVibe to provide an installation for the integrated version but that fell through without Dr. Murray's involvement. 

Meanwhile, RAM Structural System users who require the FloorVibe link should install RAM Structural System 2023 first and confirm that the link works. If so, then update to version 2024 or 2025 directly without uninstalling RAM Structural System 2023 or removing the BentleyFloorVibe instance.
