If I import Saved views from other dgn file Will the Display Rules associated with them also be imported? Yes, They will.

Instructions

1. Open de dgn file

2. Go to Manage Saved Views

3. Select Import Saved View Icon

4. Open the required file

5. Select the Saved Views that you need to import and press ok

As you can see by Opening the Display Styles dialog you will see that the Display Styles and the Display Rules set associated with the two Saved Views have been imported, so now you could apply them to you DGN file.
