Overview
When levels are sorted by Name in level Display or Level Manager natural language numeric order is used, i.e. 1,2,3,4,10,11,20,21...etc.
There may be cases where it is desirable to sort names prefixed with numbers grouped by the first numeric character, i.e. 1,10,100,2,20,200...etc.
Method
The configuration variable MS_LEVEL_USE_ASCII_NAME_SORT can be added to a Configuration at the appropriate level and set to '1'.
MS_LEVEL_USE_ASCII_NAME_SORT = 1
Level names prefixed by numbers sorted by Name will then grouped by the first numeric character as shown below:
