Problem

How to insert 3 points (XYZ co-ordinates) into a design file.
User has a .txt files which contains X,Y, Z co-ordinates and would like to bring all these points into a DGN files.

Solution

Use the Import Co-ordinates tool from the XYZ Text.

Select:

Tools>Dimensions>XYZ Text>Import Coordinates
