Control RPC brightness without adjusting the brightness slider

Problem

How can I control the brightness of RPCs without adjusting the brightness slider?

Solution

Apply a material to the Color / Level combination that the RPC(s) is using.

This will allow the ability to adjust the brightness (among other things) for the RPC(s).

Notes:

This is useful when the scene has the correct brightness, but the RPC(s) do not.
