Problem

Updating a dimension style that had symbology settings that were different from the dgnlib file will not change the symbology when synchronized with the library.

Solution

When this happens, most likely the symbology settings for the dimension style in the dgnlib file were not toggled on. With this toggled off, the last symbology that the dimension had will be displayed. However, when synchronized, the symbology toggles will be off to match that of the dgnlib file.
